Viator has updated their agent fraud detection. Changes are ongoing to remove fraud blocks on previously attempted bookings, but users should now be able to book any new activities. We’re monitoring to ensure failure rate stays low. Please reach out to helpdesk@tstllc.net with any questions.
We are aware of a drastic increase in booking failures/rejections from Viator Activity bookings. These bookings are being denied by Viator, and we working with them on a resolution.
